The Levantehaus, an exclusive shopping mall in one of Hamburg’s most distinguished historic buildings, has undergone extensive refurbishment in recent years. As part of these works, 20 main air handling units were modernized and replaced with state-of-the-art, energy-efficient air conditioning systems to enhance comfort while significantly reducing energy consumption.
The engagement focused on developing a comprehensive Energy Efficiency Strategy, managing the full subsidy application process, and coordinating with relevant authorities. Following installation, a final verification by MRV was conducted to ensure the correct and compliant use of granted subsidies for the asset owner.
