Company Founder & CEO

My name is Winfried Haas, a German business consultant with over 30 years of experience in the energy services and decarbonisation sector. Throughout my career, I have led and contributed to award-winning Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) projects, supporting clients in transforming complex real-estate portfolios into high-performance, low-carbon assets.

For more than 20 years, I held senior positions within leading German ESCOs, managing teams and overseeing the design, installation and operation of major energy systems across commercial, institutional and residential buildings. This role provided deep hands-on expertise in both technical engineering and operational energy management.

Although I serve as the company’s CEO and principal consultant, I assemble specialised expert teams for each assignment — ensuring every project receives the precise skills and engineering depth it requires.
